Premium Auditing - The Difference: Technology and People
The Express system is a web-based technology that allows us to customize a process that meets the needs of the insurance carrier. Our voluntary (mail) Express audits can be completed by our system and well trained staff, or the carrier's internal staff can utilize the web-based technology for their own internal process. The flexibility of the system allows us to add questions that are relevant to that particular insurance carrier that may not be asked on a standard premium audit. The system also has the capability of uploading supporting documentation such as, Federal 941s, State Unemployment Reports, certificates of insurance, etc. We will work with the insurance company to design the best process for them and their insured. The Express Telephone Audit is a convenient way for the insured to gather and send the audit information to us. The insured will log on to our secure website where they will enter their information. Once complete, the insured will select a date and time for the auditor to contact. The auditor will review the information prior to the appointment and have any questions ready for the interview. The auditor will get the description of operations and verify all of the exposures during the telephone interview. The flexibility of the Express system allows the telephone audit process to be customized to meet the needs of the insurance carrier. |
